Quality and Water Specialist and Expert with over 30 years of practical experience in the fields of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the operation and maintenance of drinking water treatment plants (filtration and desalination), as well as wastewater treatment plants utilizing advanced technologies such as SBR, MBR, MBBR, and 3D systems.
My experience also includes managing quality laboratories across various sectors, including water, wastewater, food industries, and medical laboratories, with a proven track record in developing quality systems and enhancing operational and technical performance.
I hold a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), in addition to a Professional Project Management Diploma (PMP) and a Data Analysis Diploma using Excel and Power BI. I have also earned the “Quality Champion” certificate, representing the completion of eleven levels across five key quality standards, along with several accredited certifications, including:

As the Quality and Safety Officer for Water Projects in Hafar Al-Batin for more than 12 years, I have been responsible for training and qualifying technical and administrative staff in the applications of quality, safety, and occupational health, delivering approximately 300 theoretical and practical training programs during this period.
